Welcome to our site. By using it, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's totally fine—just don't use the site. It's that simple.

Using Our Site

You need to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases here. We're selling drinkware, not ID checks, but we do expect you to be legally capable of entering into a contract.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason—though we're generally pretty excited about selling you stuff. If we can't fulfill your order (out of stock, payment issues, etc.), we'll let you know and refund your money.

Please provide accurate information when you order. If your shipping address is wrong and your package ends up in the Bermuda Triangle, that's on you.

Product Information

We try really hard to make sure everything on our site is accurate—prices, descriptions, colors, sizes. But sometimes mistakes happen. If we discover an error in pricing or product information after you've placed an order, we'll contact you and give you the option to either proceed with the corrected information or cancel your order.

Colors can look different on different screens. What looks like "crimson" on your phone might look more like "fire engine red" on your monitor. We can't control that, so if color accuracy is critical to you, keep that in mind.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but don't worry—once you've placed an order, the price is locked in.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order. If your payment fails, we won't process your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the US and internationally (where available). Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We'll provide an estimated delivery date at checkout, but please understand these are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control can affect delivery times.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you when we hand off your package to the carrier. Translation: once it's in the mail, it's yours (or the carrier's responsibility).

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is outlined separately (check out ARTICLE 3). These terms incorporate that policy by reference. If there's any conflict between these terms and the return policy, the return policy wins for return-related matters.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—text, images, logos, designs, product photos, videos—is our property or licensed to us. You can look at it, share it on social media (we love that), but you can't copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Our product designs are protected too. Don't try to knock them off. We worked hard on them.

User Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content on our site, you're giving us permission to use it. We might feature your review on our site, social media, or marketing materials. We won't claim ownership of your words, but we need the right to share them.

Keep it clean, keep it honest, and don't post anything offensive or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

We make our products to the best of our ability, but we can't guarantee they'll solve all your life's problems (though they will keep your drinks cold). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. That's it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we're headquartered.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated date. By continuing to use our site after changes are posted, you're accepting the new terms.
